the family room at leonardo hotel ijmuiden seaport beach was excellent, very spacious for our kids. the breakfast buffet had a lovely selection that everyone enjoyed. plus, the hotel is close to the beach and offers easy access to amsterdam by bus. the sauna and fitness center are great recreational options too!

The room cleaning system is bizarre!!! One elevator was out of service, leading to frustrating wait times!!! The old TV equipment and limited restaurant menu need attention!!! Dirty windows ruin the otherwise nice views!!!

Had a fantastic time at Leonardo Hotel Ijmuiden Seaport Beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right from check-in. Our room was huge and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. Loved the attention to detail like the welcome package for our dog, complete with a bed and treats. Breakfast offered a great spread, especially the freshly baked pastries each morning. We really appreciated the outdoor seating available at the restaurant. However, the restaurant was understaffed during our stay, leading to long waits and less attentive service. Some of the furniture in the common areas seemed a bit worn and could use a refresh. Overall, it was a great stay, but better restaurant service would enhance the experience.
